Duaodua Sdn Bhd was registered in Brunei Darussalam in 1986 as a one hundred percent Bumiputra limited company with a very wide and varied range and scope of products, services and other business activities to offer.

Some of these include export and import of almost all types of goods, trading in petroleum products, real estate investment and management, provision of a broad range of services and the production, processing and marketing of primary resource products.

In mid 1993, the company refocused its business direction to the expanding agribusiness sector - fisheries, forestry, agriculture, horticulture and the environment.

The Chairman of the company is Pengiran Setia Negara Dr Hj Mohammad Yusuf bin Pg Hj Abdul Rahim. He is a well-known and respected Bruneian both in the government and private sectors. Aside from several businesses that he and his family owns, he is also a director of many other companies locally and abroad.

The Company’s Managing Director is Pengiran Yura Kesteria PSN Yusuf. He has obtained his HND in Public Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from United Kingdom. With the sponsorship of US-Asean Environmental Partnership (US-AEP) in 1996 he had one-on-one meeting with U.S. environmental companies in Seattle, Washington and attended Waste Expo ‘96 in Las Vegas, Nevada. On the same year, he attended a conference of the World Aquaculture Society (WAS) in Bangkok, Thailand sponsored by the Department of Fisheries.

In 1999, he was awarded by His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam, PIKB and PSB (IV Class) for his contribution to the development of the fishery industry in Brunei Darussalam.
